Chad was born in Everett. He grew up on the Tulalip reservation and holds the Tulalip tribal customs and traditions very dear to his heart. He began working for the Tulalip Tribes in the late ’80s and moved into gaming with Tulalip Gaming Organization in 1992. He enjoys meeting and taking care of his guests, which he considers to be like family. On a nice, sunny day you can catch Chad cranking tunes out on his Harley or dirt bike riding with his 15 grandchildren.

Chris started his career with Tulalip Gaming Organization in 2009 and always knew a Player Development Host was the career path he wanted to take. Chris’s favorite part about being a host is spending time with his guests at events. Chris loves a good beach and warm weather and it was no surprise he and his wife exchanged vows in 2024 on a beach in Costa Rica. Chris has a love for playing acoustic guitar and writing/producing music. If he’s not playing music or on a tropical beach, you can catch him enjoying an open road on his motorcycle.

Shani was born and raised in Texas before moving to Snohomish which she now calls home. As the daughter of a Tulalip tribal member, the community and culture of Tulalip are very special to her. Shani loves to be around people and continues to build relationships and skills as a Casino Host. She loves to create lasting experiences and has forged great relationships with her guests. Shani is a lover of all animals and in her spare time you will find her relaxing with her wife and six furry animals while streaming some sci-fi, fantasy or a good crime show.

Patrick was born and raised in Hawaii and hopes to bring the Aloha spirit of love, peace and compassion to all the guests he meets. He has been in the hospitality industry for more than 25 years in the casino, hotel, cruise ship and airline industries. His favorite part about being a host is having the opportunity to create memorable experiences with his guests and making a difference in people’s lives. His passions are travelling, cultural events, cooking, theatre, movies, singing, playing his trombone, dancing and spending quality time with people.
