Quil Ceda Creek Casino is honoring all seniors each Wednesday with entertainment from 1PM until 4PM. Seniors over the age of 50 will have their choice between $2 off any food item from The Kitchen, $5 Free Play, 10 bonus entries or a gift. Must be a ONE club member to participate. Food voucher excludes alcoholic beverages. Guests earning 100 promo slot points will receive $10 Free Play instead of $5. Guests earning 200 promo slot points must visit a promotional kiosk to claim their gift. Limited to one per week, per guest.

Laugh Out Loud Comedy Night: Jody Carroll, Adam Tiller and Kermet Apio

Emcee Jody Carroll, Adam Tiller and featured comedian Kermet Apio.

Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Kermet Apio enjoyed a childhood in paradise. He spent his time watching television, playing and procrastinating about everything else. To this day, he still does all three extensively.

After graduating from high school, Kermet moved to Seattle to attend the University of Washington. Seattle became home. In early 1989, Kermet did his first open mic night at the Comedy Underground in Seattle. Comedy was a fun hobby. In May of 1990, he quit his job, said goodbye to healthcare and benefits, and took the leap to performing full-time. It is still his only job skill.

He was the winner of the 2009 Great American Comedy Festival and has had numerous appearances on television and radio. He has showcased at comedy festivals in Aspen, Las Vegas and Vancouver and has performed in 47 states and three Canadian provinces. He is a past winner of the Seattle Comedy Competition and was a semi-finalist in the San Francisco Comedy Competition. Also, in 1988, he was Dishwasher of the Month at the SeaTac Airport Denny’s.

Kermet is married and the proud father of two wonderful children. He enjoys his family, baseball and pie. He does not enjoy opera, sitting in traffic and writing about himself in the third person.

Petty Thief is a no-frills rock band from Seattle who meticulously encompass the Tom Petty sound and musically establishes an emotional connection with the crowd. The members of Petty Thief all come from a background of recording and touring with various successful cover, tribute and original bands and perform the music of Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers with the same passion and dedication. They pay tireless attention to detail to each song they play, which appeals to both casual and die-hard Tom Petty fans alike.

DJ Tamm has been a driving force in the music scene since 1996, driven by a deep love for diverse musical genres. He specializes in top 40 hits, old school hits from the 70s to the 2000s, pop, dance and electronic dance music. DJ Tamm is renowned for creating vibrant and unforgettable dance experiences.

With over 28 years of experience, DJ Tamm has held multiple nightclub residencies across the Pacific Northwest, establishing a strong presence in the regional music scene. His journey includes notable radio shows such as C89.5 FM in Seattle since 1999, where he continues to captivate listeners with his expertly curated mixes. For two decades, DJ Tamm has also been a familiar voice on Club Kiss on KISS FM and has contributed to Power 93 and KUBE 93.3 in Seattle, Movin' 99.7 in San Francisco and V101 in Sacramento.

Drawing from his extensive radio background, DJ Tamm skillfully programs his DJ sets with a keen understanding of diverse listener preferences, ensuring every performance is a celebration of music and rhythm. His ability to blend different styles seamlessly keeps the energy high and the party alive, making him a favorite among audiences of all tastes.
