TULALIP RESORT CASINO EARNS 2026 “INSPECTOR’S BEST OF INSPECTED CLEAN” AWARD  FROM AAA TRAVEL

TULALIP, Wash. (January 26, 2026) – Tulalip Resort Casino has been awarded AAA Travel’s 2026 “Inspector’s Best of Inspected Clean” designation, placing it in the top 25% of all AAA-inspected properties in North America for cleanliness and the overall high level of condition of the property for the past two or more years. Tulalip Resort Casino has earned the coveted AAA Four Diamond Designation for 18 consecutive years beginning in 2009.

AAA standards for cleanliness and condition have long been a foundation for the Diamond Program. AAA research shows that travelers trust hotels with a high cleanliness score based on an independent, third-party inspection.

AAA’s housekeeping evaluations include objective, scientific validation of the cleanliness of common surfaces throughout hotels. Hotels meeting AAA’s standards for cleanliness and condition with Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) surface testing are recognized as “Inspected Clean” and then assigned a Diamond designation.

On-site testing by inspectors includes swabbing eight surfaces in each random guest room, adding the samples to a vial containing a special testing chemical, and then inserting the vial into a portable test machine for results. Guest room and bathroom locations may include door handles, light switches, thermostat controls, guest room desk or writing surfaces, television remotes, refrigerator handles, faucet and toilet handles, hair dryers and vanity surfaces.
