TULALIP RESORT CASINO ANNOUNCES REOPENING OF TULA BENE PASTARIA + CHOPHOUSE THURSDAY, JUNE 27; HAND-CUT PASTA CLASSICS AND WOODFIRE GRILLED STEAKS SPOTLIGHTED IN NEWLY CRAFTED MENU

TULALIP, Wash. (June 26, 2024) – Tulalip Resort Casino is pleased to announce the highly anticipated reopening of Tula Bene Pastaria + Chophouse with a reimagined menu retaining Italian classic-inspired and classic steak offerings. Known for its hearty freshly made pasta dishes and woodfired grilled meats, Tula Bene will open its doors Thursday, June 27.

Long-time patrons and new guests can look forward to a newly crafted menu of “Chef’s Specialties,” entrees with hand-cut pasta and sauces, steaks with tasty traditional side dishes, and a generous selection of starters, soups, salads and dessert choices. Complimenting culinary choices, Tula Bene will offer an extensive wine list of more than 200 local and international selections by the botle and 30 unique wines by the glass.

Tula Bene retains its inviting wood and brick décor highlighted by a Chihuly glass chandelier.

Restaurant hours are Thursday and Sunday 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Bar hours are Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday 4 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, 3 p.m. to 12 a.m.

A sampling of “Chef’s Specialties” include the Fresh Catch of the Day with a seasonal fillet lightly simmered in a cacciatore-olive-butter broth with pappardelle pasta; Meatball Grande Pasta with a Giant Tula Bene mozzarella-filled meatball; Crusted Chicken Breast Parmesan served on a bed of the house spicy tomato sauce and smothered with melted mozzarella; and Chicken Piccata with a marinated chicken breast dusted then sautéed with olive oil, butter, lemon and capers.

When all you want is everything, Tula Bene’s fresh pasta dishes include Lasagna with 18 layers of pasta, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, Italian-style sausage, ground beef and marinara; Gnocchi with basil pesto-tomato vegetable broth, teardrop tomatoes, roasted garlic cloves, pine nuts, Kalamata olives, cannellini beans, parsley, red pepper flakes and grated Parmesan cheese; and Pappardelle with Pecorino cheese, bacon, onions, sweet peas, a touch of cream and Italian parsley.

Outstanding selections from Tula Bene’s Woodfire Grill include Hanger, Choice Ribeye and Choice New York Strip steaks. Standout accompaniments include more than a half dozen classic steak and Italian-inspired side dishes.

Starters, soups and salads are prepared with the same attention to detail as the rest of the menu. As a tempting conclusion to each meal Tula Bene serves house baked desserts, including a non-traditional pistachio britle semifreddo profiteroles.
